  • Evaluation of employees is comprehensively performed based on their achievements and capabilities. Their performance is evaluated according to the project management process, and their capabilities are evaluated based on behavioral assessments.

Salary/
Compensation System

  • We offer performance-based compensation by providing higher payment to those with better achievements based on the results obtained through fair and reasonable evaluation.

- Basic annual salary: Differential payment based on annual personnel evaluation
- Profit Sharing (PS): Differential payment to individuals or groups based on management performance
