Vision Inspection Technology

FPA holds patents related to image acquisition including 2D mapping and image-merging technology, configures the vision optical system to suit the customer's desired product features and specifications, and has exclusive vision inspection technology that can be used in various ways in a wide range of business areas - through algorithm development and network construction by the S/W development team composed of experts.

Vision
  • Alignment
    – Individual vision alignment measurement and development of multi-point alignment for vision/motion control
  • Measurement
    – MDevelopment of measurement algorithms for microdevices including micro/mini LED and 0402 MLCC
    – Inspection items: size, rotation, shift, etc.
  • Inspection
    – Implementation of the optimal defect detection algorithm through analysis of the characteristics of products and processes, and linking of the measurement results with the MES system

    – Establishment of a system to periodically retrain the machine learning based on the user’s feedback on vision algorithm results and utilize it for vision inspection
