Customer Confirm
Based on the final proposal, the client confirms the contents of the output and finalizes it.

Quotation Submit
We submit a quotation based on the confirmed details and conclude the final amount through revision and negotiation.

Agreement – Contract
We sign a contract based on the agreed amount, payment method, and other items specified in the quotation.

Production
We start designing details and manufacturing equipment.

An Interim Report
In the process of production, we share the production status every other week or on the requested dates in accordance with the customer’s request.

Final Production and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
We conduct FAT at the completion of production.

Delivery / Shipment
After addressing the problems that occurred during the FAT, we proceed with shipping and delivery to the customer through packaging.

Local Set-Up
After delivery, we provide local office set-up service for the customer.

Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
We conduct SAT with the start of set-up and mass production.

Project Completion
When the SAT requirements are met, we finalize the project by proceeding with payment according to the payment conditions.

Warranty
After the completion of the project, the warranty period is according to the date specified in the contract.
